E.PAS. Technology, It is double the duration of regular ebike

What class is your ebikes?
All our bikes come to you without speed limits, which means they can go over 25mph as a CLASS 3 bike.
Riders can also set a speed limit (turn it to CLASS 2) to abide by the local laws and regulations.
Does the bike come assembled?
All bikes come to customers with 85% pre-assembled in the box.
You can put it together in 15 minutes with our instructions and videos.
Should I run the battery completely out before charging?
We use Lithium-ion batteries for all our bikes, which is different from the lead–acid type.
The best practice is to avoid over-discharge and charge it after every ride.
What's the time I expect to get my bike?
We usually ship your bike by the end of the next workday. Then it will get to you in 3 - 12 days. You can contact us to know the average delivery time to your city if needed.
Please understand that we ship by FedEx/UPS. The accurate delivery date is out of our control.
Can you ship it to Alaska or Hawaii if I pay for the shipping cost?
Sorry, we can only ship bikes to the contiguous United States now.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please contact us immediately because the processing time is probably less than 12 hours.
