the bike overall is well built , speed and quality is amazing , can handle dirt and road ways nicely , battery power is no issue on long trips , put over 300km on it and couldn't be happier with it

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent order and overall experience with Eahora Canada.
While there were some initial delays concerning certain bike components and safety accessories, I want to acknowledge that the situation was ultimately handled appropriately. Within approximately two weeks, all items were safely shipped and delivered.
I am satisfied with the condition of the shipment. The bike components and packaging arrived without damage, and everything was properly secured in transit. That level of care reflects well on your logistics and handling standards., I am satisfied with the final outcome. My needs were fulfilled, and I am happy with the overall experience of the bike and I appreciate the effort taken to ensure a safe delivery and a complete order.

I use a bike for transportation, endurance is the game, I watched so many videos while I waited for my Romeo to arrive. Everyone was saying how the bike didn't meet the Distance it claims. I kinda figured that was due to the way they were riding. Now, as you can see from my dash pictures, I made it to the estimated 114 miles with room to spare. My new car! Lol this bike has like triple or even quadrupled the distance I can travel compared to my old Rad Runner. Wasn't hard to put together, at least if you know bikes. Settings were off when I got it, but with a couple videos and some common sense I got her dialed in I like 20 to 30 minutes. Have her set to 35kmh at pas0-5, she maxes at 27.8 in 5th, keeping me legal for my area, smooth stable fast fun, mad torque, first time I stepped down on the pedal, I was transported 20 feet away and turned sideways with the back shock springing up as it had sucked itself closed when I slammed the brakes. Paused, look down at the back wheel and said, "ohh it's like that is see, I'll have to show you more respect" lol she's a banger and a keeper ! Please be here for me if I ever need ya Eahora! Your product is great, but follow up service is what truly makes or breaks an experience. If yall do business like yall engineer, you've got a great future ahead of you! And a costumer for a long time to come!

You know you made the right choice, when you see a bike you love, and then people daily tell you how great it looks.(green)
This bike is a dream, is it ultra..no, does it have 2 motors...no... but it is comfortable, fast (52.6 KM on level ground) and MINE !
The whole process was amazing. The purchase...easy, the customer service is amazing, not just words here folks, I had so many issues (old and new to ebikes) CS was patient with me, they answered all my questions and were an actual wealth of information.
The bike is insane 33.7 km first trip used 11 % of the beastly battery, screen is bright, ride is smooth and motor noise is surprisingly quiet for the work it does.

Over all its a great bike form, the romeo frame, so whatever power you choose, ultra, pro ii ultra ii

Know that others will stare in envy as you speed by, in comfort.

It was easy to assemble and set up in programming.

Excellent customer service during the whole sales process despite shipping delays on the courier end. Was very impressed with email response to my questions and would buy from again.
