Shipping Details

1. Shipping Area 

At Eahora, we provide free shipping exclusively to all provinces in Canada, except Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon. 
Note: We CAN NOT ship bikes to address of PO BOXES or APO.

2. Costs and Tax

Eahroa will cover all the shipping costs and taxes for products we sell on our website directly. It usually means 1) you can get an extra discount if you can come to our fulfillment center for self-pickup, 2) an extra shipping costs will be charged for make-to-order products, and 3) the price shown on the product page is the final amount you will need to pay for buying it.

3. Shipping Time

Process Time

Usually, we may need some time (up to 48 hours for bikes & scooters, or 5 days for other gears) to process your order for confirmation, get the item ready, and transfer it to the logistic carrier. We will send the tracking number to you after all these are finished.

Please kindly note that 1) orders can only be processed on work days, and 2) a much longer process time will be needed for Make-To-Order products.

Estimated Shipping Time

After you receive the tracking number from Eahora, it means the items have been arriving at the shipping carrier's facility. In this condition, the ordered items are expected to come to your doors in a few days.

4. Shipping Changes or Cancellation

Before Shipping

Eahora will NOT charge a processing fee for the following 3 conditions before the items are shipped out: 1) change the shipping address, 2) cancel the order, and 3) change to another model or color.

After Shipping


  • If the package remains unopened upon receipt, the customer is responsible for the return, Eahora will not provide the return label, please contact us for the return address, and a $200 CAD shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund.
  • If the package has been opened or assembled, a 30% depreciation fee along with return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund. Please note that we will not cover the return shipping fee.


  • Eahora will waive the fee for address changes. Please contact us to update your address prior to package delivery.


  • If the package is in box without assembling, return shipping fee will be charged for exchanges. (Please note we will not cover the return shipping fee)
  • If the package is unboxed and assembled, 30% depreciation fee and return shipping fee will be charged for exchanges.

5. Tracking Information

Upon shipment of your package, an automated email (subject starting with "Shipping update") will be sent to you with the tracking number. You can get access to the tracking information on that email conveniently.
