The seat height of our Romeo is not adjustable. The only solution is to replace it with a thicker seat.

According to our real-world test, the Romeo can reach up to 27 mp - 29 mph (the Romeo Pro is 29 mph - 32 mph) for both pedal assist and throttle. The test rider weighs 165 lbs and rides on a paved surface.

Too much fun!!

My husband loves his new bike. The only thing he isn't crazy about is the seat position and not being able to adjust height. Otherwise, we have been riding nightly enjoying the last little bit of summer

Delivery bike!

Had this bike for at least 1 month. It is daunting knowing the bikes construction is made from aluminum, as a steel frame would easily add another 35 pounds to the total weight, but when you break down you'll see why that had to be compromised. When you take out the battery it becomes much lighter but I still had to wrestle with the bike a bit to keep it from damaging itself any further.

The smart kickstand screwed me over once and I couldn't catch the bike. I ended up bending a crank arm. The weight of the bike on that crank arm can travel into the main shaft. I hope it didn't buckle. I ordered a backup crank set and chain ring just in case it did. I am not going to say the rigidity of the bike is sound until a year passes. The charger is definitely something I'm not use to. It has its own fan and chip set for making sure it turns off once the battery is full. I bought a spare battery because I need the ability to swap on the fly. So far so good.

I messed with the settings for boost sensity, boost ratio, current limit, and boost signal. The only real setting you should change is current limit. Keep it at either 28 or 29. Don't go higher. 30-47 loses power and 48 and above is half power. I think each number has a set program for the controller to follow and either 28 or 29 is for the Romeo Pro. There is no manual that explains the settings for any of these parameters. I don't have a voltmeter to check the watts going out and if it's pulsing or not. But 28 and 29 work best. I believe the Romeo Pro comes set at 29.

The headlight, I wish was a dual mode, lights up the road with a good beam. You can adjust the tilt on it, but you can't widen or heighten the light beam itself. It is what it is. I wish it would illuminate the floor for me at least. All the way up to the bike itself.

The suspension is real. Every single bump I run over I can't feel. I love the suspension. Don't change it. This setup almost mimics what you would find on a Softail Harley Davidson. Great work here!

The tires I'm not a fan of. They are built for snow, but I'm not in a snow area. I'm in a desert. Guess I'll have to buy some regular street tires in the future. The tire walls are what you'd expect. You will get a flat tire with ease if you don't put some tannus armor in them. The tubes are also what you'd expect.

The handlebar is something I had to change out. It pulls me too far forward. I get the idea of the seat to allow you to move forward or push back. I recommend a sweep handlebar. It makes it much more comfortable. My head position is a little bad however. I would like to pull the bars back somehow. I may look into bunny ears. I think this bike might do better if the seat were 4 inches closer to the handle bars, or if the height got raised 4 inches overall. There are no aftermarket seats for this bike. I may have to get a custom seat from an upholstery company nearby. It's just too low for me.

Peddling on this bike can only be achieved if standing up. I'm too close to pedal when seated. Most of the time I'm just making the bike move and barely putting any strength into the pedals. When you pedal while standing it's much easier to get it going. Just remember this bike is heavy. You won't make it up any hills if that battery dies. Ride responsibly. Take into account your battery level and how far you will go. Running out of battery power means you'll be walking up hills.

The battery life and range is why I bought the bike. It's not a joke. It's not a scheme. It's not a lie. You do go up to 100 miles per charge if you pedal. You will go far distances. The total charge time for a dead battery is around 8 hours. At least in my findings it's about 7-8 hours of charging.

The handlebar grips and levers are fine. All of the controls are manageable. Nothing has broken yet. It's not the coolest looking either. It gets everything down. I wish I could change out the handlebar grips to something else. The left grip is easy but the right grip is not. I believe I will have to change out the entire grip with the cable to make any changes.
