Our limited 1-YEAR warranty covers all Eahora bikes and scooters. All components and parts are promised zero material, quality, and workmanship defective. We will provide replacement item(s) for free if there's such issue(s) to find during the warranty period.
The Warranty Period begins (no need to register) upon your receipt of the ebike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period.

This bike is a dream, is it ultra..no, does it have 2 motors...no... but it is comfortable, fast (52.6 KM on level ground) and MINE !
The whole process was amazing. The purchase...easy, the customer service is amazing, not just words here folks, I had so many issues (old and new to ebikes) CS was patient with me, they answered all my questions and were an actual wealth of information.
The bike is insane 33.7 km first trip used 11 % of the beastly battery, screen is bright, ride is smooth and motor noise is surprisingly quiet for the work it does.
Over all its a great bike form, the romeo frame, so whatever power you choose, ultra, pro ii ultra ii
Know that others will stare in envy as you speed by, in comfort.
