I ordered a rear wheel assembly , ( rim , tire, tube , liner , Shimano cassette, hub motor, wire ,rotor .It took a little time and patience, I live in canada 🇨🇦.Customer support was as good as can be expected ,(was excellent) I got what I ordered and it came to my front door step no problem !!
