First, the delivery: Fast and careful, I received an undamaged box and the bike was very well protected. Regarding the assembly, it's easy and quick if you follow the YouTube video, you will succeed without difficulty. Once finished, you end up with a very comfortable bike, the suspensions really do a good job and it's a pleasure to saddle up and go for a ride. The motor is torquey and powerful, and the battery lasts incredibly long. The customer service is also very good, fast, responsive, friendly, and courteous.
I hesitated for a long time with the Romeo, which I prefer the style of. But I have big back problems and the adjustable saddle of the Juliet seemed more suitable in my case. I still prefer the look of the Romeo, but in terms of comfort, the Juliet is so great that I absolutely do not regret my choice.
I received the box June 19 4 PM with the Juliet ll E bike in it, I already reviewed the video of installation beforehand, and at 5:45 PM the bike was together and the battery was being charged. It took six hours to charge the battery which cost 35 cents, that’s cheap!!!!
I install the saddlebags which are very handy when your going to the grocery store.
My City has a lot of bike paths , which are enjoyable for a ride along the river and over to a bunch of different parks.
I’m really having a lot of fun with the bike, A lot of people are asking questions about it, and seem really interested.
I had to loosen up the bolts on the rear suspension to get it moving. It seem to be stuck not working properly. I did a couple trips with it like that loose and now they’re back tight.
The rear suspension is working great, and the front suspension is amazing.
What a great riding bike.
At age 66 that’s what I’m looking for the amazing ride.
On one trip out and a stop I made, when I went to power the bike back on it would not power on. I took the connections apart at the switch on the handlebars and Display connections and put them back together. That seem to fix the problem , it powered back on .
The bike came with 5 pounds of air pressure in the tires they need 30 pounds.
When making a turn the pedals may hit the ground, make sure the direction of the turn the pedal is up avoiding hitting the ground.
I recommend this bike to everyone it looks great it has a lot of power you don’t really need to petal but it’s still good exercise.

Just a few things I should point out though... Let potential buyers know that there is a turning radius which is reduced by the large battery which can be troublesome when trail riding... Twin motors would also be a welcomed change... The rear shock is a bit troublesome when trying to get your leg through the bike to mount it if you add a basket on the rear...
