Yes, this scooter is tested to be safe and permitted to apply for licenses. Until March 2024, our customers in 3 provinces of Canada (37 states of the USA) have registered it successfully.

Our electric scooters are all DOT-approved with complete documentation for registration (including a Bill of Sale, Manufacture Certificate of Origin, Odometer Endorsement, etc.) Please get in touch with us if you need any help with registering.

It depends on you and the local DMV. For most provinces and areas, Eahora scooters can be registered as motorcycles, mopeds, or scooters.
You will need an MC's license if it's registered as a motorcycle, while the other two kinds don't. And the lanes they are allowed to ride could be different.

Can the battery be removed when not riding? Can the battery be removed when not riding?

Yes, all scooters have a removable battery. As you can see, there is usually a lock on the battery cover panel, which allows riders to remove the battery in a minute.

Please note that only remove the battery after the scooter is turned off, always move it with both hands, do not touch its pins, and store it cool and dry.

All Eahora scooters are rated IPX6 waterproof for outdoor use. It's hassle-free for customers to ride this scooter in heavy rain. But we still recommend you wipe all drops after riding in the rain and park it under a roof to maximize its lifespan.

No, we will only have the black units in stock in the following 2-3 months.
If you prefer another color, we can provide a full set to change it (including the fenders and gas tank side covers.) Replacing the rear fender shall be difficult for one-person operating.

I love my pink chopper. I retired and wanted to get around town to visit friends and run errands. I purchased this bike and love every second of it. I regularly go 20 miles at full speed and still have about half a charge left. I get compliments on how cute my pink chopper is. Assembly was easy enough and since I have added the side trunks so I can carry stuff. Overall fun ride and great purchase. Customer service has been fantastic. They are responsive to all my questions and reply the next day.

Awesome bike and turns heads wherever I go

BATTERY DIES

I love the M1P but the fact that at 50 V it turns off it does not work anymore and the fact that the headlight does not turn off which wastes my battery even more when I ride. The hard plastic cover for the battery does not fit correctly on my bike. Meaning it doesn't close properly when I need to secure my battery. This bike is not street legal so I cannot ride it on public streets only in the neighborhood. I really need answers on what's going on with with the M1P that I have. Other That I enjoy riding I just wish that it would last a little longer the longer than 50 V before dying. That means out of the 60 V I only get to use 10V and that's it after that it dies at 50 V. I'm a little disappointed
