Very good bike,

The only thing , is the seat, for me 6 foot tall, is difficult to pedal to small, is good to use trotlle but all the rest is 👍

it's a beast

It was really easy to assemble and when I tried it for the first time I nearly lost control. When working on both wheels it's a beast. Very powerful motors with a lot of torque. Must have bike when you want to enjoy a ride anywhere.

What a piece of junk

I ordered on 06/19/2024 it was supposed to be shipped in early July. A bunch of excuses after excuses it arrived on 07/26/2024. On 07/27/2024 the power did not turn back on after a short test ride, then after a few hours the bike power came back on, then the error codes started. 08/06/2024 my bike Romeo pro 2 got error code 30. I turned off the power and it won't turn back on. It since has been stuck on the side of road. The customer service is doing their best unfortunately it's not good enough.
I think I got a bad one. It's 08/09/2024 today and it might take weeks to have the parts sent to me. If you have the patience to wait around and the skill set to fix and repair the bike, it will be a great bike. When in working condition the RP2 is awesome! Join the Eahora Facebook community and see for yourself, there are alot of unhappy customers, but also very happy customers. It's a one star for me...

I ordered two bicycles. The delivery took a little longer than I expected, but I am happy with the purchase. One of the bicycles had problems, but the support team was always in touch and helped me solve the problem. I recommend buying this particular model of bicycle. According to technical characteristics, it is better than stated on the website. I also ordered a lot of accessories for my bicycles and was pleased with the quality. (9 / 10)

Beware of this company

I purchased this bike at the end of 2023 with the bike on sale and promotional items to go with it.The items were saddle bags,rack and wheel lock.It is now july and no items.Peter has said for months their on the way but all has been a lie.He now will not respond to my text.That is so low for a company to run a sale to buy then not send the items!Iwould not trust them!
