I’ve been using my Romeo Pro for five months and have covered 5,500 km, and I can honestly say it’s not well built.
The paint was already peeling off when I unpacked it, and after just 700 km, the brake line couldn’t hold pressure, forcing me to pump the brakes to stop. By 1,100 km, all the bolts on the adjustable suspension had come loose, leaving me with a rattling shock when I hit bumps. The tires wore out at 1,400 km, while the new ones I installed after have lasted 4,000 km and still have another 1,000 km in them.
Additionally, while it was on the stand, the bike fell and broke the rear brake lever in half.
Customer service has been a nightmare; I had to contact them multiple times to address the brake pressure issue, and I’m still waiting for a replacement for the rear brake with no response.
The only positive aspect is the battery—it delivers the promised power. I can reach 100 km on a throttle-only commute to Montreal.
It's everything it's written up to be
One beef if you are tall the non adjustable seat is problematic. I hung both pedals even with each other and use them like pegs .
I do not recommend this store. The support service is absent , they respond every four days , and the parcel is kept in their warehouse for a week.take a disgusting attitude towards customers in any other store! the bike is great)))
J'ai aimé le processus de commande et le tout c'est déroulé comme prévu. Le Roméo Pro est mon 3e fat bike électrique et il est beaucoup plus confortable que les autres. Je le considère entre une moto et un vélo.
Service rapide, reçu le vélo après un peu plus d'une semaine en parfaite condition. Je recommande Eahora à tout le monde!
