My good where to start let's see well, this thing was packaged extremely well. The amount of foam and security this bike had was stellar so you guys make sure you keep doing that i super Appreciate it and i'm sure someone else will too! One person assembly can be done if you have the right tools and bike lifts, if not definitely try to have a second helping hand! Back to the bike, the looks I definitely love it Especially since it's in my favorite color aesthetic gray! I even added in a gray handlebar for a personal touch, and that helped me fall for this bike even more! I love the size. I'm kind of big eyed show the size of this bike Definitely makes me feel like I own something valuable! That's another thing I like about this bike is since it has all these unique surfaces Especially the flat spot on the battery it opens up Doors for personal vanity mods and mounting things like maybe a speaker or a storage spot as you can see in my photos! Now finally, on to how it rides, my goodness this thing is excellent Perfect amount of pick up to cross roads and zip through backroads and stopping power is fantastic despite the weight!I mainly bought this so I don't have to drive to all these short commutes i have in this small city area! It has plenty of speed so that you don't irritate any other vehicle drivers on the road! It can do more, but I am comfortable around 30-35 I know what I'm riding a scooter type bicycle, not a gas powered bike So it's doing the job perfectly and fairly comfortably full suspension is nice fairly firm and absorbs bumps well It's giving me a nice vibe from the gas powered scooter I used to have and that's a big deal! And the range you can get out of this my goodness I rode 17.9 miles and only discharged 8% that is more than confidence inspiring, i ride fairly conservatively and I could let the bike coast and it could keeps going for a good amount before I have to hit the throttle again, I more then freaking love that about this bike! These guys have nailed their spot in this category of all these plethora of e bikes out there. Great job guys you can only get better from here hell, I'm interested to see if y'all can top this but don't rush I can't do another 3000 right now! Lol

I absolutely love this bike! I think it’s the best one on the market, I have bought a lot of bikes and none of them has held out as good as this. I use this to work every day and take it on the main road. It’s very well built and sturdy, the battery life is phenomenal; when I tested it, I took it maybe 20 miles before it dropped down to 86% of battery life constantly cruising. I like the waterproof feature on the bike, especially because in Virginia Beach it tends to rain randomly just like Florida. I like that they have puncture proof tires with a bright headlight and riding it with the saddle seat is so much more comfortable than a regular bike seat. I’ve just added extra lights just in case along with front and back blinkers that you will definitely want to get if you’re going to take this on the road. If you do travel a lot, it is good to have saddlebags with a rack attached to the back. Just keep in mind if you are under 5 feet it’s going to be extremely hard to reach the ground. Unless you change up their tires, I’m 5 foot one and a half so I just make it. I was able to still make it work and get good motorcycle shoes to make sure I can get the kickstand up and down, but I wanted a durable well-made, E bike and unfortunately, a lot of those girl bikes are not as amazing as this one. also if you like speed and to keep up with traffic, then this would be the bike for you. I get around 43 mph-45 mph whether it’s a full charger or not. If I can give this bike 10 stars, I would. The only thing I hope they change in the future is just a better throttle, if it was all rubber like some bikes on the market, it would prevent any damage to breaking it which I’ve had happened when I’ve dropped the bike since it’s 150 pounds, but other than that, I absolutely love this bike! I do plan to get it in black so this way, I have two of them in case if one breaks down. Also, Customer Service is great and they respond promptly to anything; I hope they open up one here in Virginia Beach because this way if we do have to get the bikes fixed, we can actually bring it right to a store. Got a romeo 2 and a juliet 2! Got them stolen in seatac ramada in seattle . I loved those bike so mutch i ordered new ones right away. Seattle is not a place to leave anything unatended .
